Returns and Exchanges are available if initiated within five (5) business days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn or altered.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for the returned/exchanged item, actual shipping cost may be greater than the promotional $4.99 offer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. No returns or exchanges can be made on these items unless received damages, defective or the wrong item(s).
We do not refund items because of shipping times. Our shipping times are 5-12 business days but can be as long as 3-5 weeks (on high demand items).
In the case of defective or wrong items, please contact customer service via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) business days of delivery and provide the nature of the defect. Any claims made after five (5) business days will NOT be accepted. If a damaged item is received due to rough delivery, MERIN Shop is not liable for these damages, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. In a case of a Manufacturer defective item or a wrong item sent to you, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you!
WHAT IS A MANUFACTURE DEFECTIVE ITEM AND HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?
“Manufacture Defect” is defined as a frailty or shortcoming in a product resulting from a departure from its design specifications during production.
You must notify MERIN Shop about defective or wrong items within five (5) business days of delivery.
Email us at email@example.com with the invoice number, contact information, and a list of defective items.
For each item you must submit a photo of the defective item and its packaging materials and describe the damage that has occurred. Damages without accompanying documentation are not accepted.
Please keep the shipment packaging in case of inspection by the shipping company.
Once we have received the claim from you, along with the product images, our customer representative will inspect your order and contact you within five (5) business days.
HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping and restocking fee.
SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.
All sales are final. We're sorry but we don't issue refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Please make sure you want your items before you purchase them.
HOLIDAY SEASON REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY

For Returns, we follow the same policy year round. Please refer to the Return Policy above for more information.
For Exchanges, we will allow a 60 days time frame rather than the normal 30 days. If 60 days have gone by from a purchase made between November 1st and December 31st, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
